On Sunday, we (the people that were awake anyways) witnessed one of the greatest tennis matches in history. Novak Djokovic and Rafa Nadal went the distance in a marathon 5-setter lasting 5 hours and 53 minutes with the Djokester prevailing in the end.
Although, Novak has made this rivalry completely one-sided in grand slams, Rafa proved that he will fight and fight and never give up. The fourth set Rafa was down 0-40 and 3-4, but rallied back with vigor to win the game and set to force a 5th set.
In the end, Novak was just too much and too good.
